Sunday school is offered on Sunday mornings from September through April.  The Pre-K, Godly Play (K-1st grade and 2nd grade), 3rd & 4th grade, and 5th & 6th grade classes meet during the 10:00 a.m. service from 10:00 - 1040 a.m.  Children rejoin their families in church just before the Peace and Holy Communion.

Designed for Pre-K children, this Sunday school class is often a child's introduction to Christian formation designed specifically for them.  Children engage the Bible and explore what it means to be a Christian through art, story, and fellowship.

Godly Play (K through 2nd Grade)

The Godly Play® method is a curriculum of spiritual practice exploring the mystery of God's presence in our lives. This method helps children explore their faith through story, to gain religious language and to enhance their spiritual experience through wonder and play.  It teaches them to listen for God and to make authentic and creative responses to God's call in their lives.

3rd & 4th Grade

In addition to an ongoing exploration of the Bible and the life, death and resurrection of Jesus, our 3rd & 4th graders take a closer look at the sacraments.  Giving particular attention to Holy Baptism and Holy Eucharist, they explore what these outward and visible signs of an inward and spiritual grace mean for how they live with and love others in community.

5th & 6th Grade

In this class through hands on projects our kids explore how they can put their faith in action in service to others. They embody Jesus' love when they make no-sew blankets for needy kids, collect items for homeless care kits for parishioners to keep in their cars, write Valentine messages to our senior neighbors, and engage in a variety of other outreach projects.
